Following the Buddha Tour Package in Nepal from Kathamandu

Day 01 :- Kathmandu- (5 KM, 15 Min)-Arrival

As you arrive in Kathmandu airport , our representative will pick you and transfer you to your hotel. A briefing shall be given to you by your tour leader. Have dinner and night stay in hotel.

Day 02 :-Kathmandu - Boudhnath (5 KM, 30 Min) -Local Tour to Boudhnath Stupa, Tibetan Monastery & Taragaon Museum

In morning, after breakfast you will head off to Boudhanath . Explore local sightseeing of Boudhnath like Boudhnath Stupa , Monasteries ( Ka-Nying Shedrub Ling , Khachoe Ghakyil Ling Nunnery , Shechen , Kopan , Thrangu , Dilyak and Khawalung Monasteries ) and Taragaon Museum .

After lunch visit the Kopan Monastery which lies to the northern side of Boudhanath. It is on a hill rising up out of the terraced fields of the Kathmandu Valley and is visible for miles.

The Kopan Monastery was established by Lama Yeshe and Lama Zopa Rimpoche in 1970 as a centre of Buddhist Teachings. Return back to hotel. Dinner and night stay at hotel.

Day 03 :-Swayambhunath-(9 KM, 1 Hr)-Local sightseeing of Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), 5 Bodhisattva Shrines

After breakfast, you shall visit Swayambhunath . Svayambhunath is one of the oldest pilgrimage sites in Nepal. People have been praying at this place more than 2000 years. Visit The Svayambhunath complex which has Swayambhunath Stupa also called Monkey Temple , Dipankara Buddha , Hariti Temple , 5 Bodhisattava Shrines around Buddha Stupa , Sleeping Buddha Statue , Pratappur Temples , Anantpur Temples and Shantipur Temple .

Return to hotel for dinner and night stay in Kathmandu.

Day 04 :-Kathmandu - Lumbini(300 KM, 2 Hr)- Kapilvastu Childhood Home of Siddhartha Gautama

After breakfast, you will take a flight to Bhairahawa Airport . A drive of about 13 km from the Bhairahawa Airport will take you to Lumbini . Check in to hotel in Lumbini.

After lunch drive to Kapilvastu . Visit local sightseeing of Kapilvastu like Kapilvastu Kingdom Complex , Lumbini Garden & Tilaurakot Museum .

Return back to hotel in Lumbini. Dinner and night stay at hotel in Lumbini.

Day 05 :-Lumbini - Birthplace of Gautama Buddha & Maya Devi Temple - Eternal Flame of Peace

After breakfast, visit Holy Birthplace of Siddhartha Gautama. Later, drive to other Local Sightseeing of Lumbini like Maya Devi Temple , Eternal Peace Flame, Lumbini Museum , Thai Buddhist Monastery and Myanmar Golden Temple.

In evening catch flight for Kathmandu. Check in to hotel in Kathmandu. Dinner and night stay at hotel.

Day 06 :-Kathmandu - Drop to Airport - Departure

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Kathmandu Airport for onwards destination. Return with sweet memories of your Buddhist Tour in Nepal .
