Day 01 :-Patna -Arrival –Kumrahar Buddhist Place Sightseeing

After arrival in Patna , transfer to hotel. Check-in to hotel. After lunch explore Local Sightseeing of Patna . Visit Kumrahar which is ancient Buddhist Pilgrimage Place in Patna. Later, cover other sightseeing of Patna like Khuda Baksh Library , Patna Museum and Gol Ghar .

Return to hotel. Have dinner and night stay at Patna.

Day 02 :-Patna –Nalanda (100 KM, 03 Hrs) Local Sightseeing -Rajgir Local Visit (12 KM, 30 Min)

After breakfast, proceed to visit Nalanda . Visit ruins of ancient Nalanda University Archaeological Complex . After the walk around the ruins, visit the Xuan Zang Memorial Hall which is a Chinese Pagoda.

After breakfast, we will drive to Rajgir the Ancient Capital of the Magadha Empire and is a pilgrimage for Buddhists. The Japanese Buddhists have built the massive Vishwa Shanti Stupa on the Ratnagiri Hill. The stupa has statues of Buddha at the four stages of his life - birth, enlightenment, teaching and death.

Also visit Griddhakuta (Vulture Peak) which is another site where Lord Buddha stopped by to preach. Also visit Venuvan Kalakandanivapa and Bimbisar Prison . Later, check-in to hotel in Rajgir. Have dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Rajgir.

Day 03 :-Rajgir -Bodhgaya (85 KM, 2:30 Hrs) –Mahabodhi Temple & Bodhi Tree -Gaya (12 KM) -Dungeshwari Caves -Bodhgaya

After breakfast, drive to Bodhgaya . Check in to hotel. Later visit Lord Buddha Temple (Mahabodhi Temple) . The Mahabodhi Temple is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and world famous Buddhist Pilgrimage place in India built adjacent to the site of enlightenment in the 6th century AD.

Explore Local Sightseeing of Bodhgaya like Bodhi Tree and Buddhist Monasteries in Bodhgaya .

Later we will drive to Gaya , en-route visit Dungeshwari Cave Temples also known as the Mahakala Caves. Lord Buddha underwent years of penance here before he descended to Bodhgaya and also visit Sujata Village Temple.

Return to hotel. Have dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Bodhgaya.

Day 04 :-Drop to Bodhgaya or Patna

After breakfast, drop to Bodhgaya Airport/Railway Station. Return with pleasant memories of Holy Trip to Lord Buddha’s Enlightenment place in Bodhgaya.

OR, Drive to Patna and later, drop to Patna Airport/Railway Station for onwards journey.
